Thank you for visiting my website. For the past 30 years I manage Information Technology implementations, but my true passion is working with my hands whether it is painting or creating smoking pipes. I have started making pipes a few years ago after a trip to Argentina, and discovering unique pipes in some of the Buenos Aires Antique shops.

Creating pipes allows me not only to enjoy the multi-step process of creating a functional pipe, but knowledge that my pipe can be enjoyed for years to come.

Each of my creations is made by hand in my small shop in Brooklyn. I use high quality Morta, Olive and Briar woods that is dried and prepared for pipe making. Each pipe is created with awareness of the wood grains and the processes to bring out the splendor and rich design of the pipe.

 

Designs are various, some are “classic”, but mostly they show my passion for a free hand design. Free hand pipes take longer to make and unfortunately I get personally attached to them. Over the years I have build an extensive collection. With that said, I usually do not sell my pipes, but a need to continue exploring and enjoying pipe making requires funds.
